PRODUCT INFORMATION

Pre-Order items will be cheaper than In-Stocks. But will have a longer time to wait because I need to collect the pre-order, production, quality check and shipping. In the quality check, there will be some unavoidable mistake (especially the handmade pins), in-stocks pin will be shipped immediately after the order are made. If you are not willing to wait, please do not purchase the pre-order items, but choose the in-stock items instead.

CANCELLATION

Please understand I do not accept any cancellation for all orders. All orders made are final and I will not cancel unless your package gets returned to me (I have to receive the package first) due to shipping problems made by courier or because no one was there to receive the package and you want to cancel instead of paying the shipping fee to send it again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. I do not responsible for any damage or missing item during the shipping process unless I pack them improperly. All items are packed safely with a bubble poly mailer with additional bubble and plastic for the pins inside.
2. I offer a refund only for those who joined the pre-order with several condition (design change, out of stock pins, etc). I do not refund if the reason is something else. Making pins can take such a long time and many problems can happen, so please be patient. If you file a dispute against us you will be BLACKLISTED.

GROUP ORDER

Group Order are managed by Group Order Managers (GOM) by respective country and are handled separately from Blue Puppy. You may get cheaper shipping fee and if you are wanna be our GOM, please contact us on :
